Use this form to ask what personal information Colony holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to opt out of any sale or sharing. It covers the colonycreative.com website, the contact form, and Colony Arcade accounts.

If your information is held by Colony on behalf of one of our clients, we may need to direct you to that client, who controls it. Tell us which service this is about and we will point you the right way.

What happens next. You will get an email confirming we received your request. We respond within 45 days. If we need to confirm you are who you say you are, we will ask by email before we act, and we will not use that information for anything else.

Arcade accounts. If you have a Colony Arcade account you can also delete it yourself at any time from your profile in the Arcade, which removes your account, profile, and scores immediately.
